From choosing the right employees to selecting suitable ERP for your business, my team and I are here to help you in making these management decisions. Yes, most people make the mistake of rushing into business without planning appropriately on how to achieve their goals.
Are you super-anxious about planning? Does this seem like too much preparatory work? "Enough of all this planning," you say? Here is a quick 6-day planning guide to show you warning signs.
Today, DAY 1, you are going to define your business needs and get a shortlist of solutions. On DAY 2, you're going to compare your shortlisted solutions using thousands of criteria. On DAY 3, analyze the strengths and weaknesses of each solution. Day 4, choose a solution and Day 5, work towards implementation of the solution. Note, implementation in most cases, cannot happen in a day, it can take months to work towards the target.
Then and only then, assuming DAY 3 , DAY 4 and DAY 5 "prove up" your selection, will you be ready to select a suitable ERP (Enterprise resource program) for your business on DAY 6. An ERP is important for your business (whether small or large scale) because it helps you manage your business more efficiently and creates a system for checks and balances.
What if it fails to "prove up?" Simple... you repeat DAYs 2-5.
These are your most important DAYs, take a look to the sky and ask yourself are you ready to make business with me or you are still confused?
